We look forward to hosting your upcoming stay in Whistler! See below for some information to help you start planning for your Whistler vacation. We have included some helpful information on Parking, Amenities, Cleaning, Concierge Services, Luggage Storage and our Green Initiatives.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) on our website.
Additionally, if you book direct then you will save on third party booking fees! See our ‘Why Book Direct‘ page for more info.
Most of our properties have one stall included, your Check-in Email will let you know if there is additional parking available.
Any additional overnight parking will be in the Village in one of the many underground parking lots. The cost is around $15 for 24 hours:
The Property Description (our direct website, AirBnB or VRBO) or your Check-in Instructions email will provide you with the underground height for your complex. Some complexes have a limited number of over-height parking spaces outside of the underground. We also recommend checking your roof racks before driving underground as SUV’s with a roof box may not fit.
Alternative underground over-height parking is available at Whistler Town Plaza (max 3.7 metres / 12.2 feet).
Visitor parking stalls are intended for visitors only. Predatory towing is in effect throughout Whistler so we kindly ask that you refrain from parking your vehicles in these stalls. Should you have a visitor and there is a visitor parking pass, please ensure that it is displayed at all times. Please refer to your Check-in email for more information on visitor parking stalls specific to your complex.
A handful of our units have baby items. Additionally, we work closely with Babys-on-the-go and they will drop the items off at the unit prior to your arrival. Please visit their website here for more info.
All of our kitchens are equipped with the essentials for you to make a home cooked meal on your holiday. This includes pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. Although properties are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as salt & pepper, sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay.
All of our homes have an oven, stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We also provide a drip coffee maker and kettle.
All of our homes are privately owned and there may be additional appliances. To inquire about specific appliances such as a crock pot, rice cooker or blender, please reach out to us directly.
There are several groceries stores throughout Whistler including the main Village should you need to buy anything.
Although properties may have tin foil and cling wrap these items are not regularly stocked. Should you plan to do a lot of cooking and wish to use these items then we recommend bringing your own.
These items can be picked up at one of the many grocery stores in Whistler.
Should you need anything during your stay, you can pick up most items from any of the grocery stores in Whistler or Home Hardware in Function.
Please visit our Additional Services page for information on purchasing additional supplies such as extra fire logs for your vacation.
Please see the Property Description (our direct website, AirBnB or VRBO) to see if the property you booked has a BBQ. We provide propane tanks for all of our properties with a propane BBQ.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy the BBQ, please let us know as soon as you have emptied a propane tank. Additionally, please always check the propane prior to having a BBQ. We will do our best to provide you with a full propane tank as soon as possible however, we may not be able to accommodate this request late in the day so it is best to let us know right away.
Help us Protect Wildlife
Please ensure that your BBQ is burned off completely after each use. Additionally, please ensure that the grease trap is clean as this will attract wildlife.
Kindly check the Property Description (our direct website, AirBnB or VRBO) to see if the home you booked has a wood burning fireplace.
Presto fire logs are only provided in the winter, October – May. You will find two upon arrival.
Additional logs can be requested in advance at a small fee, refer to our Additional Services page here. Alternatively, fire logs can be purchased at the hardware store, Husky gas station or grocery stores.
Although most of our properties are equipped with matches to light the presto logs, kindly note that this cannot be guaranteed.
Should you wish to buy more logs we recommend purchasing presto fire logs rather than timber as there can be restrictions on this from Strata.
** Please note that under no circumstances are fires permitted outside of the home on strata property. **
The property will be clean and ready for your arrival. If you would like to find out more information about requesting a mid-stay clean, please refer to our Additional Services page and inquire with us.
All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building.
Please see our Green Initiatives section below.
We provide 1.5 bath towels per guest (2 bath towels per guest for stays over 9 nights). We also provide a couple of hand and face towels per bathroom.
We kindly ask that you bring any towels you plan on using outside, including for the pool / hot tub (if applicable), as our towels are NOT to be removed from the property.
All of our units are equipped with complimentary laundry detergent. Should you wish to wash your towels, we kindly ask that you wash them separately to avoid discoloration.
Each property will have full linens / duvets for each bed.
All of our homes are privately owned so all additional blankets / duvets are in the unit and unfortunately we do not stock additional bedding in the office. We recommend that you bring any additional blankets you should wish to use for indoor or outdoor use. Alternatively, you could purchase a throw from one of the many souvenir shops in town.
As part of our Green Initiatives (below), we limit the towels to 1.5 per guest (2 for long stays). We highly recommend washing towels in the unit if you would like fresh towels.
If you would like more towels, then these can be dropped off at your unit for a small fee, please refer to our Additional Services page for more info.

We love our tap water!
Whistler’s water meets all of the conditions set out by Vancouver Coastal Health and is safe for us to drink!
We love to reduce plastic waste!
The Resort Municipality of Whistler is committed to finding innovative solutions to reduce waste sent to landfills and has a goal of zero waste. Alongside Whistler Blackcomb that has a zero waste goal by 2030. One of the best ways to achieve this goal is to avoid waste. You will find that many cafe’s in Whistler are helping with this initiative by eliminating the sale of single use water bottles.
Bring Your Own Water Bottle
Please help us achieve our zero waste goal and bring your own re-usable water bottle. As noted above, tap water is safe to drink and you will find many refill stations / drinking fountains throughout the Villages.

We love to compost & recycle!

Recycling
Please always rinse containers before recycling.
Compost Bins
We kindly ask that you refrain from using the garbage disposals and use compost bins as they are more efficient.

We love the ocean!
Scientists at the Vancouver Aquarium say that up to 10 million fibres from that one sweater can pass through the washing machine and beyond.
Please help us reduce our environmental footprint and limit the number of towels per guest. We will provide 1.5 bath towels per guest (2 per guest for longer stays). See our “Towels / Linen / Cleaning” section above for more info.
We love the wildlife in Whistler!
From Spring to Fall there is a good chance that you will see a bear in Whistler. Please help us protect the bears and note that a fed bear is often a dead bear.
Help us Save the Bears & Other Wildlife
We all love to see wildlife but keep in mind that it is best when they are kept at a distance. The best thing that we can do is to keep our premises clean so that we do not attract wildlife. Please ensure that your BBQ is burned off completely, the BBQ grease tray is cleaned, garbage is only disposed of in the designated garbage areas and that outside areas are free of garbage and beverage containers. Furthermore, please ensure that windows and doors are shut when you leave your home.
